Intent and scope
This Privacy Policy outlines how TIYN ZAYTUN LLC (“the Company”), an official IT Park resident, handles data within its digital infrastructure. As an engineering firm focused on AI and high-load systems, we prioritise data integrity and security in all our interactions.
Data we receive
We only process data that is essential for professional engineering consultations:
- Identity data — name and professional affiliation provided via contact forms.
- Contact data — email addresses, phone numbers and Telegram handles for project correspondence.
- Project data — the project type, budget range, timeline and description you choose to share in the consultation form.
- Technical data — IP addresses and browser metadata used strictly for security monitoring and system optimisation.
Website consultation requests
When you submit the consultation form on tiyn-zaytun.uz, the information you entered is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server endpoint and delivered to our team as a message in Telegram. It is used only to review and reply to your request.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Requests are delivered through Telegram. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your language choice is remembered in your browser’s local storage and never leaves your device.
AI processing in our products
For our AI-driven ecosystems (At Tartil, Kennekt, Memopic, Bookin and others), user data is processed to refine neural model accuracy. We utilise data anonymisation techniques to ensure that no personally identifiable information (PII) is used in the training of global model weights.
Data retention
We retain professional data only for as long as necessary to provide engineering services or to comply with the legal requirements of the IT Park Uzbekistan regulatory framework.
